What is wellness?
Wellness is exactly what it states, being well. Your health and your body need to be well. In order to be well you need proper diet, exercise and sleep. At one point all of us were babies. As babies we cried when we are hungry, we laughed when we were happy and we slept when we were tired. That kept us well. Our bodies knew what it needed and wanted and let us know. The older we get though the more we ignore the feelings our body gives us, thus leaving us not well. You can still make yourself well again, but it takes dedication and effort.
